Since 2016, Up Valley Family Centers of Napa County has provided immigration services. It will serve lawful permanent residents from primarily Spanish-speaking countries residing in northern Napa County, California. Up Valley Family Centers of Napa County was first awarded a USCIS grant in FY 2023. With USCIS FY 2023 funding, Up Valley Family Centers of Napa County will provide citizenship instruction to 120 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 120 LPRs, and file 120 Forms N-400 and G-28.
