Michigan Organizing Project, doing business as Michigan United, serves LPRs across the state of Michigan, specifically in Detroit, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Battle Creek. They provide low-cost immigration legal services to address immediate needs in the immigrant community. These needs include but are not limited to citizenship instruction, ESL classes, and assistance with naturalization applications. Through this grant, Michigan Organizing Project will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs and naturalization application services to 200 LPRs.
