The International Institute of Minnesota (IIMN) in Saint Paul, Minnesota has been a cornerstone of the Twin Cities community since 1919, providing essential services, including English classes, to refugees and immigrants. IIMN is partnering with sub-awardee Southeast Minnesota Adult Basic Education Consortium (Southeast ABE) to provide citizenship instruction services and naturalization application services in Austin, Albert Lea, Winona, Owatonna, and Faribault, Minnesota. With USCIS FY 2024 funding, IIMN and Southeast ABE will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 218 LPRs, and file 210 Forms N-400 and G-28.
