Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society of Pennsylvania (HIAS PA), a lead agency in the Philadelphia Citizenship Action Network (P-CAN), has been a USCIS grant recipient for 10 years. Through its P-CAN partnerships, HIAS PA will serve the diverse LPR community’s unmet needs by offering high-quality, free citizenship instruction and naturalization application assistance. HIAS PA expects to enroll 220 new students, screen 350 LPRs for naturalization eligibility and file 200 N-400s during the FY 2023 grant cycle.
