Since 1986, Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County has provided immigration services to permanent residents residing in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties. Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County was first awarded a USCIS grant in FY 2021. With USCIS FY 2023 grant funding, Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County will provide citizenship 4 instruction to 240 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 240 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
