Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) was established in 1973 and assists over 30,000 primarily Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander immigrants and refugees annually through multiple culturally competent social and health programs with 315 staff who speak over 40 languages and dialects. ACRS has over 26 years of experience providing citizenship instruction and naturalization application services and has been accredited through the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) since 2005. Under the FY 2023 grant cycle, ACRS will provide citizenship instruction to 220 LPRs and naturalization application services to 300 LPRs.
