About
World Relief Quad Cities’ (WRQC) main office is in Moline, Illinois, with a secondary office in Davenport, Iowa. WRQC's goals are to provide financial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual support to refugees – victims of war and persecution from around the world – who seek refuge in the Quad Cities area. WRQC has worked with the local refugee population and broader immigrant community for over 25 years. Through the Citizenship and Integration Training Academy (CITA) program, WRQC aims to develop comprehensive citizenship education programming to serve select LPR communities with the greatest need in Illinois and Iowa.
