About

The International Rescue Committee Boise (IRC) is the largest refugee resettlement agency in Idaho. IRC opened its Boise office in 2005 and has more than twelve years of experience providing naturalization application services. IRC will serve as the lead applicant for this project, collaborating with the English Language Center (ELC) to provide citizenship instruction. ELC has been providing English language instruction for newly arrived refugees in Idaho since 1999. With USCIS FY 2024 funding, IRC and ELC will provide citizenship instruction to 160 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 160 LPRs, and file 160 Forms N-400 and G-28.
