About
Located in the heart of the Central Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Skyline Literacy, a community-based, non-profit organization, has been providing literacy services since 1987 to adult residents of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, with over 31 years of experience providing adult ESL instruction (1993 to present). Church World Service (CWS) Harrisonburg provides the naturalization application services. With USCIS FY 2024 funding, Skyline Literacy and CWS will provide citizenship instruction to 160 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 160 LPRs, and file 160 Forms N- 400 and G-28.
