About
The Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA) and St. Mark’s Community Education Program (SMCEP) offer a joint program - Pathways to Citizenship - that provides both citizenship instruction and naturalization application service. MIRA has been providing citizenship application assistance since 2013 and SMCEP has been offering citizenship preparation classes since 2005. MIRA received their first USCIS grant in FY 2013. With USCIS FY 2022 funding, MIRA and SMCEP will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 200 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
