About

Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) has provided services since 1921, naturalization application services for 37 years, and citizenship instruction for 21 years. Since the 1970s, LCSNW has provided low-cost immigration and legal services to immigrants and 8 refugees in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Yamhill, and Marion counties. LCSNW first received grant funding from USCIS in FY 2010. Under the FY 2023 grant program, LCSNW will provide citizenship instruction to 250 LPRs and provide naturalization application services to 200 LPRs.
