About
Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) is an educational service agency providing classes and services for children, youth, and adults in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. IU13’s Community Education programs have served Lancaster and Lebanon’s adult ESL students since 1971. IU13 will serve as the lead applicant for this project, collaborating with the Church World Service (CWS) to provide naturalization application services. CWS has provided legal services in the Lancaster community for 18 years and provides naturalization services to a diverse LPR population that includes former refugees, asylees, diversity visa recipients, and LPRs who arrived via family petition. With USCIS FY 2024 funding, IU13 and CWS will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 200 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
