Justice for Our Neighbors – Nebraska, doing business as Immigrant Legal Center + Refugee Empowerment Center (ILC+REC), has 10 offices stretching across the state of Nebraska and southwestern Iowa. ILC+REC is the largest federally recognized refugee resettlement agency in the state of Nebraska, and the largest provider of high quality, pro bono immigration legal services in the region. ILC+REC's mission is to empower immigrants and refugees to live confidently through high-quality legal representation, refugee resettlement, and social work services. Through the Citizenship and Integration Training Academy (CITA) program, ILC+REC aims to develop comprehensive citizenship education programming to address this growing need in Omaha-Council Bluffs.
