About

The International Rescue Committee in San Diego (IRC-SD) has provided immigration services since 1975 to residents in San Diego County. Since 2012, they have provided ESL instruction. They will serve permanent residents that speak up to 45 non-English languages. IRC-SD was first awarded USCIS grant funding in FY 2011. With USCIS FY 2023 grant funding, IRC-SD will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 300 LPRs, and file 275 Forms N-400 and G-28.
