About

Hope CommUnity Center (HCC) has been providing citizenship instruction since 2003 and naturalization services since 2015. HCC serves mainly rural, low-literacy and low-income permanent residents from 32 countries who reside in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Volusia Counties. HCC was first awarded a USCIS grant in FY 2014. With USCIS FY 2022 funding, HCC will provide citizenship instruction to 300 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 250 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
