About

The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) has been providing immigration services since 2007. It will serve permanent residents from Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Mountain View, San Jose, Alameda, and Sacramento counties of California. CHIRLA was first awarded a USCIS grant in FY 2021. With USCIS FY 2023 funding, CHIRLA will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 200 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
