About

Central American Resource Center (CARECEN-DC) has provided immigration services since 1981. It will serve lawful permanent residents from primarily Spanish-speaking and other 3 countries residing in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. CARECEN-DC was first awarded a USCIS grant in FY 2016. With USCIS FY 2023 funding, CARECEN-DC will provide citizenship instruction to 300 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 300 LPRs, and file 300 Forms N-400 and G-28.
