About
Catholic Charities Community Services Archdiocese of NY (CCCS of NY) will target low- income LPRs who experience barriers to citizenship such as lacking English proficiency and/or confidence in their skills, lacking an understanding of the administrative requirements and the digital proficiency required to file their citizenship applications, or those who may have legal questions about their applications that prevent them from moving forward. CCCS of NY will address these challenges by providing flexible, responsive support to their students so this 15 population of LPRs can move forward in the naturalization process in a more informed, empowered, and proactive way. The areas to be served will be Bronx County, Rockland County, Orange County, and Dutchess County in New York State.
