About
Boat People SOS-Houston (BPSOS) has been providing naturalization application services since 2004 and citizenship instruction since 2009 throughout the greater Houston area – with a focus on helping Vietnamese and other Asians LPRs overcome multiple barriers to achieving citizenship. BPSOS was first awarded a USCIS grant under the FY 2010 National Capacity Building Grant Program. With USCIS FY 2022 funding, BPSOS will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 200 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
