About
The Asian Community & Cultural Center (ACCC), along with partner and sub-awardee El Centro de las Américas (ECDLA), will use their combined 38 years of citizenship education experience to provide citizenship instruction. In partnership with Lutheran Family Services and Catholic Social Services, ACCC will provide legal assistance for LPRs. ACCC was first awarded a USCIS grant in FY 2020. With USCIS FY 2022 funding, ACCC and its partners will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs and naturalization application services to 200 LPRs – with a focus on Karen, Karenni, Sudanese, Kurdish, Afghan, Arabi Iraqi, and Yezidi LPRs.
