About

World Relief Southern California (WR) and its sub-awardee, Rancho Santiago Community College District - Santa Ana Community College (SAC), are partnering to provide naturalization application services and citizenship instruction to LPRs in the low-income communities in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and North San Diego counties. World Relief has been providing immigration law services since 1987 and SAC has more than 10 years’ experience delivering citizenship instruction. LPRs served originate primarily from Mexico, Central America, Cuba, Vietnam, Cambodia, Burma, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, and Egypt. FY 2022 is the first year that WR has been awarded a USCIS grant. With USCIS FY 2022 funding, WR and SAC will provide citizenship instruction to 200 LPRs, administer naturalization eligibility screenings to 200 LPRs, and file 200 Forms N-400 and G-28.
